QLD Higher Level Skills Program
- Be 15 years of age or older
- Permanent resident of Queensland
- Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident, or a temporary resident with necessary visa and work permits on the pathway to permanent residency, or be a New Zealand citizen
- Not already hold a Certificate IV qualification or higher
- Have a trade qualification (Certificate III) in the building and construction industry.
Prospective participants should note that, once they complete the course, they will no longer be able to access Queensland government subsidised training under the Higher Level Skills program. You can learn more about the Queensland Department of Education’s Higher Level Skills program here.
Participants are required to pay a co-contribution towards the cost of training. Please refer to our QLD Fees and Payment Options page for details. Are you in a remote area of Queensland? We are now deliver the CPC40120 Certificate IV and CPC50220 Diploma in Building and Construction through our virtual training platform. Based entirely online and using live, interactive classroom settings, student and instructor are able to communicate from the comfort of their own home. The class is delivered through a live webinar, and allows the students and the trainer to communicate via audio and text.
