At Builders Academy Australia (BAA), you’re in good hands — because we’re the ones who actually do the work. No third parties. No brokers. Just direct support from a trusted, award-winning Registered Training Organisation that will guide you every step of the way.
When you choose BAA, you're working with the people who assess, grant, and issue your qualification — not someone in the middle. That means a smoother process, faster answers, and expert advice from day one.
Here’s how we’ve got your back:
✅ We help you choose the right qualification in Building and Construction based on your goals and experience.
✅ We work with you to assess your skills and knowledge so you can get qualified faster through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
✅ You can complete your RPL from anywhere — no need to step away from work or life.
We know the building and construction industry because it’s all we do. Our team understands your background, your goals, and how to help you take the next step.
RPL doesn’t have to be complicated. Trust the experts at BAA and let’s get you qualified — the right way.
If you've been working in building and construction, there's a good chance you already have the skills to get qualified — and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is the smart way to make it happen.
Here’s how RPL can work for you:
- Save time and money — no need to sit in class or repeat training you’ve already done on the job.
- Open up new career opportunities — get qualified faster so you can take the next step, apply for a licence, or go for that promotion.
- Meet licensing and industry requirements — having the right qualification helps you stay compliant and competitive.
- Get recognised for what you already know — your years of experience count, whether gained in Australia or overseas, formally or informally.
- No unnecessary learning — we focus only on the gaps, so you can get credit for what you’ve already mastered.
- Flexible and remote-friendly — the RPL process can be completed from anywhere, around your schedule.
At BAA, we treat RPL as a collaborative, fact-finding process. Our team will work closely with you to gather evidence of your skills and experience, and where possible, provide credit toward a nationally recognised qualification. This can significantly reduce the time (and cost) to get certified.
You’ve already put in the work — now let’s make it official.
