If you've been working in building and construction, there's a good chance you already have the skills to get qualified — and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is the smart way to make it happen.
Here’s how RPL can work for you:
Save time and money — no need to sit in class or repeat training you’ve already done on the job.
Open up new career opportunities — get qualified faster so you can take the next step, apply for a licence, or go for that promotion.
Meet licensing and industry requirements — having the right qualification helps you stay compliant and competitive.
Get recognised for what you already know — your years of experience count, whether gained in Australia or overseas, formally or informally.
No unnecessary learning — we focus only on the gaps, so you can get credit for what you’ve already mastered.
Flexible and remote-friendly — the RPL process can be completed from anywhere, around your schedule.
At BAA, we treat RPL as a collaborative, fact-finding process. Our team will work closely with you to gather evidence of your skills and experience, and where possible, provide credit toward a nationally recognised qualification. This can significantly reduce the time (and cost) to get certified.
You’ve already put in the work — now let’s make it official.
