Prepare for entry in the Australian workplace or vocational training pathways by learning, expanding and developing skills to effectively stand out and thrive

 

This program has been designed for participants to help them prepare for work and develop essential employability skills and confidence to stand out and thrive in the workplace.

Participants will focus on preparation for employment, employability skills, literacy skills including digital literacy skills, and awareness of basic workplace safety and work culture in the Australian workplace. At the end of the program and on completing all the required activities, participants will obtain a nationally recognised qualification.

This course is an entry into your chosen industry. This course should be a study pathway to other higher-level qualifications including;

Duration

Part-time, two sessions per week of facilitator-led classes for 14 weeks

*Total duration is typically between 14 to 20 weeks when taking into account holidays including Christmas shutdown.

Student may require up to 7 hours per week outside of class times to complete additional learning and assessment activities, yet this will vary based on each learner.
